Uncorked at LaSalle Grill

Hosts Dennis & Janet Hartman cordially invite you to an exclusive five-course Wine Dinner plus hors d’oeuvres featuring Trefethen Family Vineyards.  For your dining pleasure, Chef de Cuisine Rob Davidson and Chef Tommy Sheridan, of LaSalle Grill have planned a sumptuous dinner menu, paired with celebrated vintages.  The cost is $250 per person and the dinner will be held at  LaSalle Grill 115 W. About Susan Cotter, Central Regional Sales Manager
Twenty-three years ago Susan turned a passion into a career while raising her two sons. She spent over two decades selling and marketing wine from some of the greatest wine producers around the world while furthering her education. Her education includes a graduate level certification from Republic National Distributor, Level 3 in the WSET program, and an accreditation from the CSW. She has been the Central Region Sales Manager for Trefethen for just over a year, focusing on the upper Midwest.
